Due to your tender age, I would say yes, you need to get more "life experience" and frankly you have to be careful of older guys (although he is still young himself). Enjoy your young life while you can - you'll be aging sooner than you think and looking back on your youth with longing!

In modern society, probably so. In traditional societies people often had relationships with bigger age differences, but nowadays there are many forces pulling you apart - he is probably about to leave high school, maybe go to college somewhere else - and you have different peer groups and are both about to go through a lot of changes. Plus, that much age difference, at your age, is likely to be frowned upon by many people. I'd seriously consider avoiding getting involved. If you have a sympathetic older person in your life to turn to for advice - could be your mother, or an aunt, or a father... or if no one in your family is someone you want to talk to, just someone you know who's been through some relationships, maybe a girl at your school, or a counselor - talk to them.

Yes, a four-year age difference at those ages can present legal and developmental concerns. It's important to be cautious as there may be differences in maturity, life experiences, and expectations between a 13-year-old and a 17-year-old. It would be best to seek advice from a trusted adult in navigating this situation.

I like this guy that's four years older then me what should I do?

Depending on the ages, four years isn't a big deal...14 and 18 is a big difference, while 16 and 20 are less so. Of course the older you get, the less age difference honestly matters, at least until you get into the really high numbers.

If a woman is twenty one years old would it be a big age difference if she married a thirty one year old guy?

Can you go with a seventh grader if you are in the sixth grade?

I don't see why not. After all, it isn't such a huge age difference. People often date other people who are several years older or younger, and some of them eventually get married - in some cases people with 10 years difference or even more. Of course, at your age, the single year in age difference may seem a big deal, but I don't think it's such a big problem.
