no you will not feel your fetus. your body will undergo changes that you will feel and see way before you can feel the unborn baby inside of you.
i do not agree with the last answer left, i have read some women can actually feel the moment the egg burrows it's way into the uterus, the feeling feels like "An angel is touching you inside your womb" AND it tends to feel happy warm and "tickle a bit!
the human body can do and feel a great many more things than we give it credit for.
