I'm not entirely sure, but Ryoma went out on a "date" (it is technically a date, on my defense!) with Sakuno on episode 20. He never went out in any form with her in the manga, which is quite depressing. The reason for their date was to restring Sakuno's racket. Ryoma also brought his (to the surprise of Sakuno), and she thought he was also going to have his restrung. At the end of the episode, it was shown that Ryoma brought his racket to practice Sakuno (young love, young love)
LOL. I put so much info in it, because I'm really excited to answer this question! Spread RyoSaku love. LOL.

Actually, it's not an episode. It's a movie. It's called "Hell Chapter" Bleach movie four.
Not in any episode.
They don't. in the anime series they do not go out but haruhi and hikaru go on a date in episode 16 "operation haruhi and hikaru's first date!" but i believe the do kiss and begin going out in the manga
There is no episode but there is a chapter. They stoped the production of the anime at a certain point and that certain point was during the war of archne. The anime did not go on to the book of eibon in anyway but the chapter (in the manga) is 72.
There is the beach episode, which is episode 10 or something, and the episode where Haruhi and Hakuri go on a date, episode 16.
Tori and Jade go on a date in the "Victorious" episode titled "Tori & Jade's Play Date," which is the 12th episode of Season 2. In this episode, they spend time together as they prepare for a school project and end up discovering more about each other. Their dynamic shifts throughout the episode, showcasing both their rivalry and friendship.
