hey man im that size too but im six foot and weight 135 pounds and my waist is 34 but you should try 20 20 its a ecercise when you hold your body up and pull your legs up past your belly button 20 times then the short part is to do the same thing but with your legs bent at about a 45 degree angle and pull them up past your bellybutton. and do 250 sit-ups a day do 50 at a time rest for 30 seconds then keep going so its going to be 50 50 50 50 50= 250 or you can go higher than that i have a six pack but i think i want to gain weight so i can be MEATY PLUS A SIX PACK WITH DEFINED ARMS!!!
