You may feel very scared right now and not know what to do. Hopefully you have someone you can talk to (an older sibling or friend, parents, teacher, aunt/uncle/grandparent). This is a very big decision for you, and you will need help in planning it out and finding out about all of your options. Don't make any choice without finding out about it, and try "living" with a couple of different choices for a full day or two. (i.e. thinking for a full day "I am going to _____").

You have many options, and the first thing you should do is visit a doctor, nurse practitioner, or family planning clinic. They can tell you everything you need to know and about groups that can support you in your decision. This is also important to do for your own health, because being pregnant put new stress on the body.

Each option has benefits and downsides. This includes abortion, adoption, and keeping the baby.
