I've heard people doing that and they did lose weight, but not significantly. It does somewhat control the weight, especially if you've just had a heavy meal. I think taking them before bed will help increasing your metabolism during the sleep. So next day when you get up, you'll feel a bit leaner or something like that...
A lot of amino acids supplements say taking during or after training. (I believe Purple Wraath from Controlled Labs is a shake you consume during training, very popluar supplement).
You can take up to 8 capsules. 4 before work out and 4 after your workout. You should consult with a doctor if you are considering going above the instructed dosage.
Proteins have the higher molecular weight. They consist of long chains of amino acids joined together.
It is not predictable. There are 20 diffent amino acids.
450

how can i convert weight of amino acids to dalton ?
A common way of taking amino acids is in a "multiple" amino acid gel cap. These contain sources of protein from gelatin, soy, and whey.
yes
Amino acids are an important building block in muscle gains. If you are taking amino acid supplements and exercising regularly you will see a gain in mass and strength, since muscle is denser than fat you will in fact gain weight. This weight gain however will be healthier than weight gained by improper diet and inactivity, the weight you will lose will be the calories you burn while building muscle. If you want to burn fat and minimize bulky heavy gains I suggest you do exercises involving only body weight or light weights at a moderate to quick speed and a high number of reps and cut out the junk food. So short answer no they will not cause weight loss but they are benificial and necessary for muscle health.
feed your gecko amino mass
Since proteins are polymers of amino acids, it's not likely.
