If someone wants to kill themselves they should definitely seek medical help. There's probably a chemical imbalance, and they'd need to see a doctor right away.
I am going through the same thing...i am frusterated, hurt, sad, depressed. exetera exetra...but people tell me i should go, but i wont...it wont help. it is NOT a disease! i don't care what all those idiots say when they talk about being suicidal, a DISEASE! IT IS NOT! no medication can help. you need to find someone to talk to...i did, and she's not a counseler, or a therapist, but she helps me...i tried jumping a bridge on Saturday. i cut myself...or used to...idk if i will again or not, but what ever...all i have to say is a hospital could get you even more frusterated, you could also use a dose of JESUS! :D he helps, he forgives, he will help you...as a church just brought me in and made me feel better...they are currently helping me also...try going to Abundant Life Church in tworivers. it is close to mcdonalds...on the main street that is by the lake.
