If you have tested positive on a 3 pregnancy test but one line was faint you have bleed like brown pinky stuff for 3 days and i have also had period pains?

im not sure about the brown pinky stuff or pregnancy test but, i have heard that the sperm borrowing into the egg can feel like period pain, so the pain could be caused by that.
