If you are only 2 weeks DPO, and your period is 3 weeks 4 days ago, your OB will classify you as 3 weeks 4 days. This is because most women don't know exactly when they ovulated or conceived, and most women don't ovulate on day 14 of their cycle.
If you are concerned about the dates being off, they can do an ultrasound at about 5-6 weeks that should allow you to see the amniotic sac (although you won't see a heartbeat until about 8 weeks), and that will give them an idea of how far you are.
