It's difficult to say. You shouldn't be experiencing break through bleeding unless you've missed pill(s).

Is it an actual period if you miss birth control pills?

No bleeding that you have on birth control pills is an "actual period." Instead, it's withdrawal bleeding brought on by the drop in hormones when you miss pills or when you have your normally scheduled placebo week.

Will you get your period if you start a new pack of birth control pills instead of taking the 4th week placebo pills?

Probably not, but you may have unscheduled bleeding or spotting.

Can the bleeding after missing a birth control pill be seen as menstrual?

When you're taking the birth control pill, you don't have a menstrual period. Instead, you have withdrawal bleeding. Menstrual periods are vaginal bleeding the follows ovulation by 14 days. Withdrawal bleeding is vaginal bleeding brought on by sudden cessation of hormone ingestion. Whether you have unscheduled bleeding from missing a pill or scheduled bleeding during your placebo week, neither is called a menstrual period.

Do you take birth control while you are on your period?

You take the birth control pill as scheduled regardless of any bleeding. It's possible that you'll be taking an active pill while still bleeding, or may start bleeding before your'e on the placebo week, if your brand of pills has one.

Does your period last the whole 7 days while on the placebo pills for birth control?

It may for the first few cycles, you can expect the bleeding to become much lighter over time. The bleeding while using BCP is breakthrough bleeding, not an actual period, as you are not ovulating. It starts in the days after your last hormonal pill in the packet.

Do you get a period after being on birth control for only one month?

You should still get a period while taking birth control pills. Your period usually occurs during the placebo week of pills. If the birth control was not taken properly, then there may be a chance of pregnancy, which delays your period. If you have not gotten your period during the placebo week, your should take a pregnancy test.

Can you stall your period with birth control pills?

Yes, but if you'd like to do so, it makes sense to plan early, as you may experience breakthrough bleeding when you first start to use them, or when you first start to skip placebo pills.

If you get your period in the middle of a pack of birth control pills do you need to start a new pack?

No. Continue taking your pills as scheduled, regardless of any bleeding.

Are you not supposed to get a period while on the pill?

You should still get a period each month while on birth control. You will usually start your period during the week that you take your placebo pills, because they have no hormones in them. If you skip the placebo pills and start your active pills instead, this will delay your period.

What happens to your menstrual cycle if you start birth control pills two Sundays after period ended?

you will get your period when you start taking your "period" placebo pills in your pack

Do you have to take the full week of placebo pills or can you start the hormone pills part way through to stop your period?

You could start the hormones pills part way through the placebo pills to change the next month's cycle (say you would have your period on a Wednesday next month, instead of a Friday) but it would not affect the cycle you are currently on. When your uterine lining starts to shed, it sheds. For example, Yaz only has 4 placebo pills instead of 7, like some birth control brands. For many women on Yaz, they won't start their period until the last day of placebo pills. They will start their period on the last placebo and continue to have it through the first few days of the hormone pills.
