Ooh, someone likes their cheese aged! If you go to the same school, dress nicely, like a button down shirt and some khakis (don't go CRAZY formal, you don't want to stand out). If you go to a school with a uniform, then wear the formal end of the uniform and clean yourself up (but not moreso than you usually would on a school day). Also, prepare a nice poem (my advice is listen to music on YouTube that helps creativity flow). Read her the poem when you are alone with her (don't just walk up to her and read it, you have to start the conversation normally).
