I just got my lip pierced and its been 3 days so far and all i had was green-clear color and i want to know what i should do?

That sounds an awful lot like it's infected (that green-clear being puss). Although, when I got mine done it happened as well. I think it's pretty normal. When you got it pierced they should have instructed you to clean it three times a day on the outside with either Wound Wash Saline or H2Ocean. On top of that, you should be washing your mouth out with some H2Ocean mouthwash. Best thing to do is to keep it as clean as possible.
