I did a pregnancy test and it came back as very faint second line then it became negative What should I do am I pregnant I have not had your period since April?

If the last test was negative you need to repeat it in 7 days. If still negative then you are not pregnant. If you haven't had a period since April it is probably because it has not been exactly 28-35 days from your last period.
