I myself am 9 days late as of today, I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago that was negative. It might just be too early for the test to catch it, or if you have been really stressed that can cause you to be really late, it's happened to me before. My advice, just don't go drinking or takin any meds that pregnant women shouldn't do, and wait a few days then take a new test, and if you can do it in the morning. Last time I got pregnant I was only a week late and I took 3 tests within like 5 days, first 2 were negative, the third one I took in the morning when I first went and it was positive.
Yes. You should wait around 14 to 16 days after sex to take a home pregnancy test.
A positive answer on a home pregnancy test means that you are pregnant and should see a Dr. A negative answer means that you are not pregnant. If you get a negative response and feel that it is in error you should wait two days and test again or see your Dr.
yes
If a pregnancy test read after 3 minutes is negative, and 3 days later a line appears, the test is still negative. Pregnancy tests should be disregarded after 10 minutes because environmental factors can cause a line to appear.
Go and see a doctor!! Obvious...
A blood test is accurate at any time.
Home pregnancy tests are considered accurate 14 to 16 days after ovulation. A blood test from a Dr is considered accurate 10-14 days after ovulation.
It may be an ectopic pregnancy
If you did a pregnancy test and it was negative but you still feel tired, dizzy, and are five days over when your period should have started, you should take another home pregnancy test. You could be late because you stopped taking your birth control pills half way through.
Who's pregnancy test? Yours?
A home pregnancy test will show up most probably negative in this case.
