I don't think so but there is a phone with unlimited text that is prepaid, but it's easy to get a no-contract phone (good ones to, not the crappy flip ones that weigh a ton) cheap (depends on what you buy, though.)
I walked into a radioshack and left with a working phone (it was 200$ tho, 100$ phone, 25$ contract, and some other accessories) without a contract, just pay every month or couple of months. If you already used your minutes (in this case, i had unlimited text and web for 25$ but 300 minutes) you can recharge it with a credit card or at a retailer or PayPal RIGHT on the phone.
I went with Virgin Mobile, but you can try Boost or whatever the no contract phone provider in your area is called too.
