You should wait at least one month before smoking again. This allows any wounds to properly heal since smoking anything decreases the amount of Oxygen delivered in your blood which in turn, slows healing.
Wait one month to smoke and your incisions should be all healed up by then! If you smoke cigs...just quit those!
