I am trying to find the same answer. My serial # is 19803 K71.
I thought it might be a 1980 model but yours is not a 2386.
The Browning serial # site did not seem to help.
The K means BLR and the 71 is the year.
The 2 letters NR in the middle of your serial number indicate that your Browning model BLR rifle was produced in the year 1997

To determine the age of a Browning BLR with the serial number 51084K47, you would typically need to refer to Browning's serial number records or production date charts specific to the BLR model. However, without access to those records or specific production year data, I can't provide an exact age. It's often helpful to contact Browning directly or consult a knowledgeable firearms dealer for precise information regarding the serial number.

Since you did not provide the serial number, you can check the Browning web site (has serial number information on it). Also, the Blue Book of Gun Values has serial number information on Browning's.
Go to the Browning website, look under Customer Service. You will need the serial number, not a patent number.
