You would loose huge amounts of waiting assuming you had the weight to loose however this is not a healthy or viable dietry plan you would be much more healthy and loose wait to just eat a regular balanced portion at meal times with no snacking at attending the gym for 3-4 1 an a half hour sessions each sessions pushing hard and cardio based.
