Not much, fasting doesn't work. If you want to lose weight do not eat any junk and do an elimination diet by not eating wheat. I know someone who is on the diet and has already lost a lot of weight!

Please trust me, there are NO good fasting programs! There are two reasons for that: 1) fasting is bad for your health; and 2) it is an unsuccessful route to weight loss, because you will put the weight on very rapidly again as soon as you start eating normally again and (as many studies have shown) fasters tend to put on even more than they have lost.
Their are many approches to losing weight and one techniquice that is well devated is fasting. Its concide to be not very healthy. But a weight loss study has prove that fasting from 5p to 9am will significantky reduse wight loss.

Actually, you won't lose much weight because a five foot, five person who weighs 120 pounds is basically already at it's ideal weight, henceforth, it would be hard for a lean person to lose a lot of weight through fasting.
