To answer this question you would have to go back to Crosman and ask them directly. See the link below.
600 FPS - Pellet 625 FPS - BB
Definetly the pump master. It is a multi pump gun so the fps depends on the number of pumps.
PSI: It depends on how many times you pump the forearm. But Crosman says to never pump it more than 10 times. The 760 is rated at 625 FPS with a BB and 600 FPS with a pellet.
The Remington Airmaster is rated at 725 FPS (Feet Per Second). The Crosman 760 Powermaster is rated at 595 FPS and the 760P is rated at 600 FPS. 10 pumps each.
Do you mean FPS? If so, then it's rated at 595 FPS.
To convert 760 mph (miles per hour) to fps (feet per second), you can use the conversion factor 1 mph = 1.46667 fps. Therefore, 760 mph is equivalent to approximately 1113.33 fps.
760 mph = 1114.667 fps hope this helps K
I tend to go a max of 12 or 13 but I've heard of people going up to 30 and even 60 but I would not try that it could mess up the spring. By the way the more pumps the higher it shoots 12 pumps at about 55 yards i think -------------------------- New Answer ------------------------------------------------------ Whoever answered the above question is giving you poor information. DO NOT over pump the model 760 it will eventually blow the seal. First of all there is NO spring it has an air chamber and valve. I've attacked a link to the Owners Manual (See Below). Crosman Owners manual says DO NOT pump the rifle more than 10 time and not less than 3 times. There are more than 5 variations of the model 760 but all of them pump the same way. The Model 760 is rated at 600 FPS (Feet Per Second) when shooting a BB, it will be slightly slower with a pellet depending on the weight of the pellet. Any over pumping will shorten the life of the valve and destroy the rifle.
10 pumps = 580 FPS. made in 3 variations between 1968-1978
CROSMAN 1400: 10 pumps = 580 FPS. made in 3 variations between 1968-1978
Every model is different. Some require more pumps than others. Some only require one pump.
It has 450 fps
