Buffalo Arms in Towanda, NY made machine guns from WWII onward till the early 1980's. They made only a few thousand of the Model 1 Derringers, most marked .357 Magnum, some marked .38 Spl. They are nickel plated, flat sided barrels and are very high quality. I understand a lot of them were given to Vietnam veterans as presentation guns. They are increasing in price, currently around $150 - $250 depending on condition.mark

About $250-300, depending on model, barrel, and condition. In my opinion, they are excellent revolvers that do not get the attention they are worth. Have been shooting matches with one since about 1976.
