In order to give you an estimate of value I need to know the condition of the rifle. Is it still working? is it in excellent, very good, good, fair or poor condition?
Re-post your question with more information and I will try to give an estimate of value.
By the way, Crosman owns Sheridan and Benjamin air guns & rifles.
its in fair condition but will not hold air, has safety above stock and you hold it down to shoot
-----------------------------------
According to "Blue book of airguns" ( Sheridan Blue Streak model CB9) it would be worth around $80 in fair working condition. Unfortunately your will not hold air and would cost around $40 (Best guess) to repair it. If you want it repaired I suggest you go to the link below ( Crosman offers a service to locate repair shops that repair older air rifles)
This is possibly the most frustrating airguns to nail down as to the exact model. First of all let me explain. Sheridan was a standalone company. In 1977 Benjamin purchased Sheridan. Some guns were called Benjamin/Sheridan, in 1992 Crosman purchased Benjamin and Sheridan. They decided to call the .177 and .22 caliber rifles "Benjamin" and the .20 caliber rifle "Sheridan." But for awhile they were called "Benjamin/Sheridan." So now we have the models C, C9, CB9, C9PB, Along with Blue Streak and Silver Streak. Not to be confused with the Crosman/Benjamin "Super Streak." (Confused enough) Okay here is what I think your value is according to the Bluebook of airguns 9th edition. in very good condition it is worth between $105 to $135
How much is one blue streak in brown hair
Blue Streak grossed $68,208,190 in the domestic market.
Sheridan made their first air rifle model in March 1947 so I don't believe yours could be from the 1930, more likely it was made sometime after 1972. The Sheridan model is a 20 caliber rifle not a .177 or .22 caliber like it's cousin the Benjamin model 392. The current Sheridan Blue Streak, CB9, sells for $190 at present. In order to give you an estimate of value I need to know the current condition of the rifle. Is it still working and holding air? Is it in Poor, Fair, Good, Very good, or Excellent condition? without more information it is not possible to give you an estimate of value.
Blue Streak grossed $117,448,157 worldwide.
What condition is it in..
It's worth around $130 IN WORKING Condition. Also check the ( link below ) for shops that repair older air guns. Today Crosman air gun company owns the Sheridan name and products.
The worth of a Sheridan Taunton Silversmith LTD EP brass platter will often depend on the condition of the platter and how much a person wants it. They can be found for approximately $20.00.
First of all thank you for posting a question with all the information I need to answer it. Most questions just ask "How much is my air rifle worth." without any additional information. Your sliver streak, in excellent condition is worth around $190. A bit of history: Sheridan, Benjamin and Crosman at one time were three different companies. in the 1970's Benjamin bought out Sheridan and continued to market the Sheridan name on the .20 caliber rifles and the Benjamin name on the .177 & .22 caliber rifles. Later Crosman bought out Benjamin and now makes all three lines of air rifles. In 1972 Sheridan started serial numbering their air rifles. Today Crosman has that list. OKAY. Lets start with your question. The Silver Streak, There were two different models of the Silver Streak pellet RIFLE. First there was the model Silver Streak "C" that was made from 1949 to 1990. Then there was the Silver Streak "C9" from 1995 to 1997. Both were made under the "Sheridan" Brand Name not Crosman. If you want an estimate of value then you will have to provide me with the model number "C" or "C9" and the current condition of the rifle. Give it some sort of rating like Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good or Excellent Condition. Then I can give you an estimate of value. Without this basic information it is not possible to answer you.
Depending on the condition, a KP2 can fetch up to $450.
