1/8 divided by 1/2 = 1/(8 * 2) = 1/16
(1/8 div 2 = 1/8 div 2/1 = 1/8 * 1/2 = 1/16 )
I suspect the questioner really wanted the answer to "How many grams equals one half of an eighth ounce." Most pedestrian drug users know that an eight-ball (eighth ounce) weighs 3.5 grams and a half eight-ball is a teener weighing 1.75 grams.
P.s. A half eighth of weed will always be half of an eighth of an ounce of weed.
