The you would lay the tobacco in the the crease. You would have to experiment with the amount and position. Then you would evenly roll as tightly as you can. Then you can lick the gummed surface and press that down.
Honestly I wouldn't purchase tobacco AT ALL they make cigarettes out of that stuff. Ewww.

It really depends how you roll them and how much tobacco you put in them. I'd say around 20-30 cigarettes. You can get around 40-60 in a 25g pouch.
