In a single black and mild, the tobacco is as harmful as 10 to 15 cigarettes, without the bad chemicals, but with chemicals, such as a normal swisher, it can be up to 4 packs of cigarettes, they are very dangerous and addictive still, with traces of nicotine.

Concensus says anywhere from 1 to 3.... http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_many_cigarettes_are_in_a_black_and_mild - though that link says 22...but I think that's false. Generally, nicotine content in cigars and cigarillos (little cigars) is greater than that of cigarettes, because cigars are for "puffing" and not inhaling. Cigarettes have a "filter" because they are supposed to be inhaled, but cigars do not - they are not supposed to be inhaled. If you don't inhale the cigar smoke (which you aren't supposed to anyways), I don't think you would get the same effect as 3 cigarettes...but it obviously matters how long of a drag you take, and how long you hold the smoke in your mouth before letting it out.
Divide the weight of the black and mild package by 5 since their are 5 of them per pack. Then divide the weight of the cigarette pack by 20. Compare and see for yourself.
