It depends on ur goal. If you want to lose weight then probably 6 per day. 2 per meal. Along with vegetables and fruits. Keep your calories in mind. Because a chappati has around 100 calories so six of them should give you 600 calories. But as its low in fats so its good to eat. And try mixing it with salads and fruits so that your stomach feels full.
