it depends on her weight but im saying around 1500 if she wants to loose weight about a thousand but if she excersises 3 to 5 timez a week then she should be taking in 2000 calories

It depends on how many calories you are eating per day, your age, and wheather or not you are trying to lose weight. If your eating 2900-3000 calories you should be fine, if your eating around 1500 calories then that's too much to burn.
well im no expert but i would have to say that you should eat celery because it has negative calories which means it burns more calories to eat celery than how many calories celery has in itself.I hope this helps a bit.
