It depends on how much you weight also. (figure out your bmi) based one your weight and your height there are websites.. I think someone told me to multiply your weight x 11. The BMI will tell you if you need to loose weight or not. If you are on the High end of normal, you don't need to eat less ,but you should start doing exercises ..(walking is good) (if you have access to a swimming pool.. water arobics is good. (low impact ) And light weights .
