My guess is 2200 calories a day. Eat more vegetables less chips, Pizza, fried chicken, and soda. I bet if you do drink regular soda(replace it) If you drink Diet Soda.. drink water before you drink the soda.. Put carrot/celery/cucumbers in your lunch, and apples or Oranges. (drink less Juice more fruit)
Bring a bottle of water with you in your backpack.. fill it up at the drinking fountain. 6-8 glasses a day.
You are still growing. I don't know if you need to loose weight or not, but learning to eat better foods will help.
