It all depends on how tall you are... i weigh 103 lbs and i am 5ft 5in so i try to stay UNDER 1500 calories a day but it all depends on your life style. I ride horses every day, sprint for 10 minutes every morning, work out, ride my bike when i can, gymnastics, dance, and cheer lead so i am fairly active so when i am hungry i do like to try to eat something that is fat free or sugar free... something that is healthy and wont give me a heart attack haha when i do more physical activities i tend to eat more so then i try to stay under 1900 calories a day.
