not sure, but if you haven't already tried using this website www.nutrimirror.com you'd be silly not to check it out.

it's a free calorie counter website (an absolutely fantastic on tool!) and you can get you great information regarding weight and weight loss. it and the people using nutrimirror can help you learn to take care of your body in a more healthy way and happily loose weight.
It's a bit time intensive at first, and if computers aren't your thing get a friend to help, it's worth the extra effort!
(p.s. many people, much older have had great success with this website!)
