it deepend on how old you are or how big u are right now.... but it u are an averaged sized person (girl)1800 calories a day varying from ages (boy)2000 verying from ages.... so you if u are trying to get fat i would eat 2500 calories a day and if u eat like that all the time you woulld gain about 2 pounds a week or less depending on how many calories you eat
