It isn't possible to lose 50 pounds within two days, no matter how much water you drink. Losing weight takes time, it's not something that can be done straight away.

Provided the water is clean there is absolutely no reason why people should not drink it. IT is MUCH better to drink tap water than water sold to you in plastic bottles. The production of the bottles is killing the planer.

If your tap water is potable (that is, safe to drink) then you should drink it. Drink companies are making millions putting tap water equivalents into plastic bottles and selling them for a huge profit. Most of the plastic bottles are NOT recycled and end up in landfill or oceans.
The standard recommendation has always been 8 glasses of water a day. A normal glass is probably 14-18oz. So, if the bottles are 20oz, then 5-7 bottles would fulfill the recommendation.

I think you should drink ATLEAST 2 bottles of water a day, that's just my opinion. :)))))
