Few weeks
Stretching any piercing takes time (to do it correctly). It really depends on your anatomy. I would suggest waiting at least 3 to 4 weeks between stretches or until they aren't sore from the previous stretch. I would also suggest only stretching about 1 or 2 mm each time. Stretching faster than that can result in nasty blowouts. Listen to your body. If it hurts, downsize and take care of it.
To clean stretched ears, remove jewelry and clean the lobes with a saline solution or mild antibacterial soap. Gently massage the lobes to remove any buildup of dead skin cells or discharge. Ensure the area is thoroughly dried before reinserting jewelry to prevent any infections.
As the fire truck moves away from you, the pitch of the siren would sound lower. This is because the sound waves are stretched out or lengthened due to the Doppler effect, resulting in a lower frequency of sound reaching your ears.
Concave plugs for ears can be purchased online or in specialty stores that sell body jewelry. They are designed to fit securely into stretched earlobes and create a unique look. Be sure to choose a size that matches your earlobe gauge for a proper fit and consult with a professional piercer for guidance on stretching your earlobes safely.
Yes remove the jewellery and leave them alone and the tissue will contract over time. If you tore the piercings at all during the stretching process, there can be some scar tissue in the piercing which will deform the piercings.

No it would not be in keeping with the uniform code of conduct and therefore you would be out of uniform and subject to all sorts of nasty military regulations.
Try bodyartforms.com they have a pretty good selection. Also, you dont have gauged ears. They're stretched.
Lots actually. Most of them you can find have their ears stretched.
This is all relative to the bone structure of your face, and the symmetry of your features. Glasses have nothing to do with it. It sounds a little odd…but if you are curious what you will look like with them before you begin to stretch then take a good straight on picture of your face, upload it your computer, and then digitally paste stretched ears over yours to give you a rough idea what you would look like. As I said, this is an odd recommendation, but I have known people who have done this with piercings that they've wanted or stretched ears to great effect.
No, they would go down alittle bit but not by much, I went up to 0's and they never went back to normal.
You must wait up to 6-8 weeks after having them pierced, Also once you have stretched your ears you must wait 4 months to a year after each stretch to allow healing to take place.
no you need to wait longer
