it depends on alot of aspects. The design the different coloring could all take muich longer than a simple black and white tattoo.
Laser tattoo removal may take many sessions of Laser treatment depending on the colors and depth of the tattoo and often times way more painful than when you actually got it done. --------------------------------------------------------------------- New comment by CosmeticTattooist Common methods of tattoo removal include; * Laser * Surgery Here is an alternative method of tattoo removal. http://www.CosmeticTattooist.com/tattooremoval.htm
well it completely depends on how much detail there is and the speed of the tattooist... it's hard to say but about 20 minutes at a very rough estimation.....
It would clearly be illegal. No one is allowed to tattoo without a license. And no one may tattoo a minor. There is an exception to cover an existing tattoo where a parent may take a 16 or 17 year old to a tattoo parlor.
You can expect scabbing to start 2-5 days after your tattoo. Don't panic when ink seems to be flaking off in the scab- this is part of the healing process, and does not affect your tattoo most of the time. It is really important to not pick at the scabbing as your tattoo heals, this can distort the tattoo, and will require touch-ups. Gently apply a scant amount of scent free moisturizer once or twice a day. When you shower, pat dry your tattoo. Scabbing should be almost completely done in 5-7 days, but sometimes you'll still find scabbed tissue- again, don't pick at it, just let it fall off naturally.

For it to be that size and to be a simple black design, about 15 minutes.

I had my wrist done two weeks ago and you can still see the blue, the tattoo artist said it could take up to a month before you can't see it at all.

An inch where?
The length of time it takes to do a tattoo will depend on the design. A simple tattoo with just a name will take less than 30 minutes.
