Depends on how long you have been doing it, and how much. For example someone who smokes a joint or 2 a week will lose their tolerence in a day, whereas someone smoking for years may take up to a month or two, to completely lose their tolerience. For an average smoker i.e a few joints a every other day - about 2 weeks :D
