I'm sorry but do NOT listen to this poster. After smoking for the first time, if you consume a few glasses of water it will be COMPLETELY out of your system in 3 days. For someone who smokes daily, such as myself, i can COMPLETELY clear it form my system in 3 days 4 TOPS with just drinking water. When people say "It can stay in your system for 30 days or more" this is a complete fallacy, they are just trying to scare you.

The problem with the post above, and the reason it is false, is because THC is not stored in your kidneys, it is stored in your fat cells. Drinking water does NOTHING unless it is within 6 hours of the drug test. The first post is correct, aside from the urine part. Work out, sweat a lot, avoid foods high in fat or grease, take the time and do your homework - you can make the best detox kits cheap from your local health store...but don't fool yourself into thinking drinking water alone for 4 days will work for you, unless you smoked one bowl and it has been a around a full month since you smoked last.
