The UK's online health and wellness magazine is called 'Health Triangle' (which you can read on the UKhealthradio.com website). This name was chosen because it reflects the notion that the maintenance and promotion of health is achieved through different combination of physical, mental, and social well-being, is together sometimes referred to as the "health triangle".

In balance and working together
The wellness triangle describes the different things you need to do to be healthy in relation to each other. For example the things that you need to do most are on the bottom of the triangle as the base.
Health and wellness are related but not the same. Health typically refers to the physical, mental, and social conditions of an individual, often measured by the absence of disease or infirmity. Wellness, on the other hand, encompasses a broader perspective, including lifestyle choices and a proactive approach to achieving a balanced and fulfilling life. While good health can contribute to overall wellness, wellness also emphasizes emotional, spiritual, and social well-being.
The health and wellness of our students is a high priority.
In order to maintain wellness, the parts of the health triangle always need to be balanced and integrated. This means that physical, mental, and social aspects of health should be nurtured equally to support overall well-being. When one area is neglected, it can lead to an imbalance that affects the others. Prioritizing all three components helps ensure a holistic approach to health.
