Oh yes! NORAD has been tracking Santa for the last 60 years! See the NORAD official website. Now, you may have heard that NORAD is the strategic defense over the USA-- that is true. They watch for anything that flies over the US, like missiles. BUT it is for this very reason that they notice Santa.
