It is nearly impossible to do what you ask without a 3rd-party program of some sort. You could find CopyTRans by Googling for it, and load it on your iTunes computer. I haven't used it, but they say it works OK.

You can. And this is what you do. Well you download the song you want onto your computer and then when your in itunes go to file up the top and go into add to library, go to the song you have saved and add it :) and then sync ipod hope it works :)
