dude... you need to think positive... I'm sure ur not ugly or fat... Dont ever think negative there are tons of nice girls out there looking for nice decent guys and to tell you the truth girls would rather have a positive guy who may consider himslef ugly even when hes not then an ass.
You obviously are not fat and ugly, I think a lot of guys might feel fat and ugly when they feel like nobody finds them attractive. But with girls its kind of wierd. I have been dating my boyfriend for three years... He may not be the skinniest guy around but he is the love of my life and my best friend. He is better then someone who is totally built, because when people are perfectly shaped they turn into jerks and they think they are better then everyone. So in the end your perfect in your girlfriends eyes.

new awnser, im a boy im fat and ugly compared to kids in my school but i have had a nice girlfriend before the truth is that you have to believe your not fat and ugly when you start doing this you will mostly want tomake that a reality to conclude you will start playing or training like playing soccer and other sports then you make that like a personal thing you get the time to go and do this also don't force your self to do it if you don't enjoy it you have to find something you enjoy so it wont make your life harder,the next step is to make friends in school talk to the girl you like and make her a good friend you will like it because you might spend some time talking and playing around with her,also if she didnt like you she might start changing her mind if you have a good personality if you really like her you would ask her out but really if your scared you don't need to but it is good to over come fear. still every ones different, remember you can make your thoughts a reality,you can do what ever you want im still they kind of guy that is scared to over come that fear also i don't like to talk about my feelings and that's a big flaw you need to talk about your problems to your parents..
