Go on ACCOUNT...... then PRIVACY SETTINGS..... then click on BLOCK LIST and the list of people you blocked will appear then you can choose to UNBLOCK any of the people you have already blocked
If you would like to unblock someone from facebook, simply go to your account settings and click on a button that says "Blocking". Once clicked on, you can see a list of people or a person previously blocked and simply click unblock and you are done.

Yeah. Right. "Studies." I'm sure that's what you were doing on Facebook, "studying." You'd need to talk to the Facebook administrators to find out why your account was blocked, and see if they'll unblock it if you promise not to do that again. The answer may be no. Especially if it was blocked because you were underage and lied about it.
go to messages and go to black list and there will be a list of blocked people and then there will be a sign UNBLOCK then click that
