Think how you would feel if you were a slave, considered property, not free to go where you want, illegal to learn to read, not able to own property ,not paid for your work, have your name taken away, not able to speak your native language, not able to practice your religion, to have your children or husband sold away from you, need a pass to go anywhere. These are what slaves faced and the way they lived. So, how did they feel?

Humansim is kinda being able to think on your own. Before the Renaissance, people would do whatever the church said to do, always believing they were right. Humanism is when people start thinking for themselves, and learning. Too bad for the churches, once the people knew how to read the bible, they found out that the churches were scaming them of thieir money!
of the money they found they would save. I THINK

African slavery became the prevalent form of labor in the 1680s when European colonists in the Americas turned to African slaves due to a decline in indentured servitude and the need for cheap labor on plantations. Child labor in a way is very bad but when we think of those poor children whose parents are not able to generate so much of income to support their family. Here child labor becomes a good thing as the small child is able to generate some income for his family and act as a helping hand for his parents.
The Africans that were enslaved in the Southern Colonies were the main workforce because the settlers did not have the endurance or skills to do the work. Africans were strong, skilled, and were able to endure the climate better than the people who enslaved them.
