If you look close enought you will see two small slits in the pad where it meets your shoulder. There is a screw in each of these slits. It requires a phillips head to turn them.

Usually there is a slot cut in the rubber or other type of pad. You should be able to fit a small srewdriver down to a screw.
It would have come with a hard plastic buttplate with the word 'BROWNING' on it.
No, never. Browning did not make any recoil pads standard on any A5 except the Mag12. For an extra fee, Browning would install it for you at their shops in the US, but it is not factory and was not imported from Belgium with a pad.

To remove a glued recoil pad, start by using a heat source, like a hairdryer or heat gun, to warm the pad and soften the adhesive. Once the glue is pliable, gently pry the pad off using a putty knife or similar tool, being careful not to damage the stock. If any adhesive residue remains, you can clean it off with a solvent, such as acetone or rubbing alcohol, and then prepare the surface for a new pad.
