If you pull the trigger while pulling bolt out does not work . Then you take the big screw out of stock now with the barrel and stock apart , take the screw out of the trigger . With the trigger out of the way you will notice a piece that is the only thing left other than bolt , push on that small piece while pulling bolt and there you go . It will take less time and easier than for me to typr this out lol
70 $
on the 22 model 121 to remove the bolt, open the bolt, pull the trigger and slide the bolt to the rear.

The Winchester model 121,121Y were made by Winchester in the years 1967-1973.
Pull the bolt all the way back. Now looking down at the tip of the bolt you will see a small clip wrapping around the front left side of the bolt. Push that clip down with a small screwdriver while holding onto the bolt and out slides the bolt.
Winchester did, it's a clone of the Winchester 121
$80-$150 in great condition
The Sears Model 1 22 caliber rifle was a single-shot made by Winchester. Winchester also made the gun as their model 121. I have a "junior" model of the Sears Model 1 that I received from my father in 1967. The junior model is a smaller version of the gun for the beginner shooter. I have seen a Winchester 121, and it is not only longer than the Model 1, but the gun stock is also slightly different. The model 121 had sling swivels and my Model 1 does not.
80-200 dollars at the most.
The model 121 was manufactured between 1967 and 1973. That's about as close as you are going to get. Update, Federal law required all firearms manufacturers to use serial numbers in 1968. If the Winchester 121 does not have serial numbers, if was manufactured in 1967.
The value of a Winchester 121 22 single shotgun depends on its condition. As of 2014 these sell at auction for around 160.00 in excellent condition.
About $100-150 given condition.
