with the cydia app you can install an app called "cydelete" so if you search cydelete and install it you can delete any app you download with cydia just like any other app.
Just incase u don't know, Hold ur finger on the app, it'll all start to rumble.(normal) Then u see the white crosses at the top right corner of every app, tap and done!
