You don't, that's ridiculous. I am going to guess that you are a girl. Society forces pressure on women to be obnoxiously skinny, and once again this is ridiculous. Losing weight and dieting at this age will harm your body and can potentially make you overweight down the road. Dieting while your body is developing through puberty will confuse your body. If you want to grow up fit, skinny, and healthy. Eat your vegetables, meats, and dairy. Focus on eating properly, and your body will do the rest.
