You can not lose that much weight that quickly. You will expose yourself to health risks and you stand a very strong likelyhood of "yo-yo" weight - the weight will drop off quickly but it will also go back quickly.

For permanent weight loss, you will have to target your loss at about a pound a week at the absolute most.

In order to lose that much weight, you will have to expend 3600 extra calories every week. Eat less and exercise more. That's the only way. However, it's not a pound at a time - it's an ounce at a time, a donut-hole at a time, etc.

I used to weigh 250 pounds, and am now permanently at 180. It fluctuates by 5 pounds in either direction depending on how much I exercise during the week.
