If you want to lose 15lbs in a month you have to believe that you can do it. for starters you need to work out and be active. If your sitting in a chair at work or school start moving around. about once every two days work out and then push it to once a day if you can. Another thing, you have to eat right. you can eat healthy for all week and then splurge perhaps one a day of that week. What really helps me is to write down what you eat and how many calories are in it. Girls if you are on a diet stick to around 1,700 calories a day. Another thing, eat high protein and fiber foods. protein makes muscle stay but fat go away. Fiber makes you more full through out the day. the last thing, eat about 4-5 VERY SMALL meals a day. When i say small i mean low calorie. Have fun and don't forget the most important thing, have FAITH in yourself.
Your height is irrelevant. 15lbs is a lot of weight to lose for a 135lb person. Walking briskly at 4 mph for 1 hour a day will lose 15lbs in about 6 months, without changing your diet. Work up to 2 hours walking a day could halve the time required to lose 15lbs. Walk 1½ hours morning and night and you could lose 15lbs in about 2 to 3 months. Altering your diet (reducing carbohydrate intake, eating salads rather than root vegetables, reducing refined foods eaten etc) will accellerate the rate of weight loss.
No, Jenny Craig promises a way to lose weigh, but only if you stick to her diet. The diet may take of 15lbs. a month, but only if you stick to it.
15lbs of weight on a square surface 1 inch wide & 1 inch long.
15lbs is 6.8kg
1.5lbs is 0.7kg
It depends on the measured content, because they are measurements for different things. Pounds measures weight, litres measures volume, so they aren't entirely interoperable. As you know, 15lbs of marshmallow is totally different size in volume compared to 15lbs of gold. But for example water is easy to count, because 1 liter = 1kg, and 15lbs = 6.8kg, so 15lbs of water would be 6.8 litres
Eat healthy, exercise. Exercising is vital for a healthy body, as is eating healthier. There isn't any "easy way" to lose pounds.
