sense im a wrestler i know first put a bunch of sweats on make sure u look like a marshmello then Run intervols on the tred mill bout 6mph for 1.5mins then 10 for 30 sec also chew gum and spit dont swallow the spit u gather weigh your self often then once you get to the desired weight stop! but if you want to keep the weight off good luck and tell me if you find an answer for that
